Nick has over 15 years of online and digital media experience. He is currently President/Founder of NueMeta LLC, a software and services company focused on digital asset management, metadata and digital archive technologies. His company develops software and designs systems for digital media & entertainment companies such as Sony, Google/YouTube, Vevo, Questar Home Entertainment and TouchTunes. Nick has been active in a variety of entertainment industry technical standards bodies as a Board Member and Working Group Chairman for Digital Data Exchange (DDEX), MediaMixer, NARM's Digital Think Tank and a member of the Metadata Working Group for the European Broadcast Union and Audio Engineering Society.

In the past, Nick has worked at AOL Music Now where he was the Director of Content and Music Licensing Operations. Prior to this, Nick co-founded TuneTo.com Inc., a technology company focused on wireless and Internet digital media delivery technologies, acquired by the Rhapsody in 2001. At Rhapsody, Nick was the Content Services Manager. Nick has degrees in music and electrical engineering from the University of Miami.
